Why you posting this on ratings?

i assume you're already doing warm-up exercises for your rotator cuffs since you posted this, but if you don't already you should deffo get on that. You should try lowering the weight you're doing a bit and focus on technique.

also it's perfectly natural to feel a little discomfort while working out, you shouldn't worry about this type of stuff unless your shoulders hurt to the point that it hinders you from working out

Bro tbh yeah for some reason it only hurts when i do chest but my chest is probably over developed in relation to my arms and back as i was chasing 100kg bench like every kid does so id bench basically every session, i warm up and stuff like stretch and do rotator cuff exercises but im not sure whether its worth just not training chest.

sounds like you're either working out too much or you're benching with your elbows flared. Bench pressing with your elbows flared out 90 degrees is actually known to put a lot of strain on your shoulders.

dont we all

I quit bench about a month and a half ago but my form was good I was just unable to progress due to my shoulder but the root cause was weighted dips as I loved the exercise so much I started going for PRs and then fucked up my shoulder
