ive think i look average but my physique sells me so bad, I can never take my shirt off at any pool or beach. I know the gym can fix that and i have been going but it just feels like im not doing it right. I want to know what parts of my body specifically to work on more and my friends dont really help me with anything reply or Pm me if You can help me with my split and that sort of stuff and ill send physique pic
 
Just eat alot of protein 2g/kg of bodyweight and train ur back, arms, chest, abs and legs. For back just do wide grip lat pulldowns or pull ups and any type of a row, for chest, tricep and shoulders just do bench, dips, shoulder press and lateral raises, for biceps any type of curl and abs any type of crunch. For the legs u can do squats, leg exstensions and leg curl for harmstrings. Thats it really simple, u can run any split that u work out every muscle atleast 2 times per week like ppl or upper lower
