Need hair advice + what surgeries to get.

Attached is photos of me + how short Im thinking to cut my hair. Is this retarded or should i go through with it? i usually just trim the bangs so the get out of my eyes.
Also idk what surgeries i should get for my jaw. Ive been told i need bimax but it seems really expensive and maybe a genioplasty could help.
Any other advice is appreciated
