Need Hair advice

I’m pale with blue eyes and I currently have dyed black hair and my natural hair colour is brown should I go back to brown or leave it black.

Also I think this would improve the look of my eyebrows and eyelashes since they’re both also dyed dark.

My hair now should I get it cut shorter?
