Need hair advice

Alright I would need someone experimented in hair which could help my case.

The back and side are wavy and the front/upper is in the middle between straight and wavy

I’ll refer to straight hair for the front and upper part and wavy for the rest

My wavy hair look insane when I moisturize and do wavy routines basically but the straight hair tend to look greasy and unpleasant.

I wonder if I would need different routine for each part or I could just perm the straight part into being fully wavy. I am worried abt hair damage from the perm and the very high maintenance or having 2 hair routines. I haven’t found a routine which makes both parts look good

wouldn't a volumizer make his hair less wavy and instead fluffier in this case?
