Need hair cut and colour opinions (Justify)

Below I'll attach a few photos. The first in my orginal haircut and colour. The second is my hair ive justed dyed, once it has dryed. The final picture is taken when my hair is wetted down (Imagen its dyed that colour though).

Which colour do you think suits most? And which haircut looks best (if none suggest other styles for my face shape).
