Need Hardmaxxing Advice

Hey guys 25 year old subhuman creaturezoid here. I made the terrible decision to fully shave my facial hair for the first time after a very long time. It reminded me how brutal my face looks. I recently started treatment for the acne but this post is more specifically for surgeries that would improve my face. I moneymaxxed so I have quite a bit of money saved up. I have had puffy cheeks forever and no amount of debloating and weight loss helps. Rhinoplasty is for sure necessary for the nose but what can I do for my chin and cheeks? Can anything even save me?

rhino yes, chin is fine it's actually very advanced it's just your mandible thats short which makes you think your recessed imo no jaw surgery is worth it. Canthopexy for your eyes 100% would be biggest roi surgery along with rhino. You are out of shape but you seem to retain lots of fat in cheeks so buccal fat pad removal and yea your jaw angles may seem weak but I think it's due to the other stuff around like your nose and cheeks making it look worse I don't think you need anything for them but filler afterwards to square off chin from front and maybe a little for angularity

Get a scan and consult a jaw surgeon. Seems like you would definitely benefit from trimax and inframalars.
Nosetip might upturn a bit from bimax and you could just leave it at that, depending on how hard you wanna go with this. Also, lens distortion probably making your nose look worse here than irl
