Its really not his width its his uneven facial thirds and gonial angle with elongated philtrum

Firstly the haircut. Maybe get some volume especially on the sides since it makes your head look less elongated. Height is pretty good as well as ur skin. Maybe try to get a tan if you want to, derma roll your eyebrows and try to make it more thicker and longer and try to shape them better. Try to get a bit more jacked, especially neck area.
I think you can easily look better by fixing your hairand your eyebrows.

forward growth is what u lack the most but u can rarely change anything abt it naturally

Harsh reality is you cannot bro. Sad to say. Unless you get surgery which cost like 10k+ usd. you cannot change those. What you can do it try to change your hair to make your face less rounded and gives less off an appearance. Make other parts of ur face more attractive to draw less attention to these.
