Fat grafting around orbits
Get leaner (cant tell shit because your not lean enough probably.

After getting lean i think like jaw implants or filler for width defo, lower frontally needs some improvement. Colouring ofc is the worst here

Use Hydroquinone 4%
Injectable Glutathione 1200mg weekly (200mg daily)
oral tranexamic acid 500mg daily
Sunscreen

How do I improve uee and what should I do to fix my skin

UEE -> volufiline but it barely works, surgery is best
Skin -> some kind of retinoid as you need to fix skin texture
