so i got 9 days till a important event and my main goal is to fully debloat the problem is i have a shit hiit workout i do littearrly random exercise for 10 min some guideance to help me find one good hiit workout (which is not some yt bullshit which doesnt even make me sweat at all) and ofc if you got additional tips tell me before i mess up

100%. but in most countries u need a prescription
yea i see i guess you can use diuretics food/drink instead it would kinda get the same effect (cant get any drug/medicines my stricts parents have acces to my purchase history)
