so i got 9 days till a important event and my main goal is to fully debloat the problem is i have a shit hiit workout i do littearrly random exercise for 10 min some guideance to help me find one good hiit workout (which is not some yt bullshit which doesnt even make me sweat at all) and ofc if you got additional tips tell me before i mess up
