Need help about tmj

Salut tout le monde, voilà le problème. J'ai une asymétrie faciale assez marquée et une mâchoire peu prononcée, principalement à cause de problèmes d'articulation temporo-mandibulaire . Pour couronner le tout, mon visage a toujours l'air bouffi et gonflé alors que je suis naturellement mince . Du coup, honnêtement, je n'ai aucune idée de ma masse osseuse réelle.


Le point positif, c'est que ma morphologie et ma base sont plutôt solides. Pour corriger mon visage, je prévois un traitement intensif d'ici trois mois : MARPE , HGH et Aqualyx . De toute façon, je devrai probablement subir une opération de la mâchoire plus tard pour régler mon problème d'articulation temporo-mandibulaire . Mais pour l'instant, comme je suis fauché et que mes rendez-vous ne sont qu'après l'été, je m'entraîne intensivement trois fois par semaine pour essayer d'obtenir des résultats en attendant.

J'aurais besoin de quelques conseils, s'il vous plaît

oh okay so I guess you have small tmj problem not a big one

I got tmj as well my right masseter is too strong, i get crunching sensation when i open my mouth, jaw deviates etc

Only solution is a physio, splint, botox, or surgery if its bad enough

But if you need to do something about it asap as tmj just gets worse over time

Go see a professional bro

tmj is brutal

I have an appointment with the maxillofacial surgeon in about 3 months, I think surgery is more likely because it's a really serious case. I have asymmetry, an undefined jaw, a hidden ramus, an underdeveloped maxilla, pain, clicks—basically everything for needing surgery. Thanks for your response, I hope you get better.
