A lurker (basically a grey) but i need help trying to reach my max potential.
Advice and critiques if they're faults in my face or my plans would be appreciated.
I probably will avoid any hardmaxxing, but you can still mention it if you think its relevant.
Before and after leanmaxxing from 72kg to 65kg 5.8ft apparently everyone else even the 15 year olds on here are 6ft, not mad i just don't understand why people aren't honest.( btw sorry I don't have better before pics I don't take many as is)

i feel like i could lean out a bit more but I think it's progress.
1 Exercise
Muscle building
-Currently doing upper/lower 4x a week
E.g. 2 sets or 1 set for each muscle group in the upper halve of body till failure, which should be around 8 reps.
-2 sets of neck curls a day
Cardiovascular
- stair master for 20-30 minutes after a leg day
- lots of walking
- a 5km - 6km run a week
2 Diet
The food i'm about to list is what I would ideally like to eat in a day
Breakfast
-French toast (2 or 3eggs 3 slices of sourdough, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon, a dash of milk and 2 tablespoons of honey
4 rice cakes
1 banana
Lunch
-protein oats (1 cup of oats, 3 scoops of Greek yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of honey, 250ml of milk, scoop of protein powder, 5g of creatine and some frozen berries)
- 1 orange
Dinner
-Chicken schnitzel and rice ( 2-3 pieces of Chicken schnitzel and 3 cups of cooked white rice)
Day 1 5l water day 2 2l water day 3 4l water
I'm not sure how optimal these meals are and honestly the dinner can vary, so help would be appreciated, also am I having to much honey?

Bones
To try and develop/promote the bones in my face all ive tried so far is slight bonesmashing and leanmaxxing, this lack of is something hope i can fix.
Hair
My plan for the hair is just to grow it out since I've realized I can't pull off a buzz cut. I'm also willing to dye it black since it might help with coloring but I'm not sure it might Nerf me, input would be appreciated.
Face/skin
Currently trying to de-bloat by making my sodium and water intake irregular e.g. day 1 10g salt day 2 8g might of been trolled by the org but I'll test and report back.
For skin I just use moisturizer and cleanser, still get pimples but I thinks it due to me straying from the diet and eating a goyslop meal.
For my face Currently i'm just trying to fill out my eyebrows with castor oil but if you know something better please tell.
