A lurker (basically a grey) but i need help trying to reach my max potential.

Advice and critiques if they're faults in my face or my plans would be appreciated.
I probably will avoid any hardmaxxing, but you can still mention it if you think its relevant.

Before and after leanmaxxing from 72kg to 65kg 5.8ft apparently everyone else even the 15 year olds on here are 6ft, not mad i just don't understand why people aren't honest.( btw sorry I don't have better before pics I don't take many as is)

i feel like i could lean out a bit more but I think it's progress.

1 Exercise

Muscle building

-Currently doing upper/lower 4x a week
E.g. 2 sets or 1 set for each muscle group in the upper halve of body till failure, which should be around 8 reps.

-2 sets of neck curls a day

Cardiovascular

- stair master for 20-30 minutes after a leg day

- lots of walking

- a 5km - 6km run a week


2 Diet

The food i'm about to list is what I would ideally like to eat in a day

Breakfast

-French toast (2 or 3eggs 3 slices of sourdough, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon, a dash of milk and 2 tablespoons of honey
4 rice cakes
1 banana

Lunch

-protein oats (1 cup of oats, 3 scoops of Greek yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of honey, 250ml of milk, scoop of protein powder, 5g of creatine and some frozen berries)
- 1 orange

Dinner

-Chicken schnitzel and rice ( 2-3 pieces of Chicken schnitzel and 3 cups of cooked white rice)

Day 1 5l water day 2 2l water day 3 4l water

I'm not sure how optimal these meals are and honestly the dinner can vary, so help would be appreciated, also am I having to much honey?

3 Face

Bones

To try and develop/promote the bones in my face all ive tried so far is slight bonesmashing and leanmaxxing, this lack of is something hope i can fix.

Hair

My plan for the hair is just to grow it out since I've realized I can't pull off a buzz cut. I'm also willing to dye it black since it might help with coloring but I'm not sure it might Nerf me, input would be appreciated.

Face/skin

Currently trying to de-bloat by making my sodium and water intake irregular e.g. day 1 10g salt day 2 8g might of been trolled by the org but I'll test and report back.

For skin I just use moisturizer and cleanser, still get pimples but I thinks it due to me straying from the diet and eating a goyslop meal.

For my face Currently i'm just trying to fill out my eyebrows with castor oil but if you know something better please tell.

Keep the neck curls and delt training, and literally forget everything else since they have little to do with body frame aesthetics. If gym means more than just a tool to looks to you, you can do it

Cardiovascular
30 min. walk after breakfast with mild intensity (great for insulin sensitivity and also has causes no anaerobic stress) is the only cardio you need

Get at least 30 grams of protein for breakfast. 1 grams of protein per pound body weight is enough for total daily intake.
Only supplements you need rn: 1200mg elemental calcium, 200mcg k2, 1000 iu d3, 400mg magnesium (make sure it's bishkycinate)

am I having to much honey?
Yes, too much fructose with so little nutrients...

Test can boost bone mass but to address facial harmony, you would need plastic surgey, implants or orthognathic intervention

Your hair color and style in the after pics looks good. Don't change anything because you'll regret it

Just be in a 500-1000 calorie deficit, have low sodium intake and higher potassium than sodium with 3l water daily and 7-9 hours of quality sleep

Make sure to do exfoliating twice a week too; make sure to by glycolic acid 10% percent (get this exact formulation)

Minoxidil has evidence based vgef stimulating and potassium channel opening effect and is a better option. Make sure to by the 5% foam formulation

Thanks alot bro for all the help great reply, but in terms of physique I know framed is vital but if I let my other muscles atrophy e.g. back, chest arms won't i look like a twink

Sure but prioritize neck and shoulder to maximize looks. Make sure to research and double check everything i said, and put the post as solution too
