Need help and advice

Hey guys, I started looksmaxing and tryna get my shit together and wanted some genuine advice. I'm a tall individual but since COVID gained a lot of weight with depression and drinking. I'm trying to target my belly / stomach area and fix my diet with trying to fast throughout the day and stick to 1 meal. I'm not as active as I use to be and trying to get back in the rhythm of working out by going on walks to get my cardio up first

Is there any advice on meal plans or dieting advice that can help me loose weight while not feeling like shit all day and help with cravings. Also any exercise advice that's low impact to get me out of my shell. I appreciate the support!
