Need help asap

I have hypodontia i had all baby teeth as a kid and when those fell out 2 of adult teeth never came back and i have to do double jaw surgery at 18 i am 16 now but in a few days i have to get braces and the dentist is around 50 y old so he is old school and he wants to take a few teeth out of my lower jaw and i told him i cant do that i dont want a smaller lower jaw he just smiled and said i can teach him when i finish dental school and i dont know yet if they will widen my maxilla in surgery too or just push it forward if they wont i think i need palate expander too but idk what to say to him so he does something else then pull my teeth out also i cant go to another dentist bcs only this clinic does this type of stuff and he is the boss of that clinic also i cant go to private one they wont do surgery too i tried 3 private ones and they all send me to the same clinic. Help i have apointment with him tommorow. I forgot but also i was thinking of asking for bone grafting since i think he wants to take lower teeth out to make my lower jaw smaller to match my small upper jaw should i ask for that i dont think i have enough bone for implants.
