It is not over, use tazarotene (preferably 0.1) test out ur tolerance to it (I use everyday) to fix skin, moisturise your face (la roache posay has a good moistiser), go to the gym upperbodymaxx, sleep well (super important) use Hydroquine on any super dark spots

get on ERDA and AI as fast as u can also just go to gym, stop eating any kind thing with added sugar(no sugar at all), sleep 9-10 hrs, after erda for 4-5 months go on 12iu HGH per day and dont stop taking AI also dont go to gym while on ERDA is what I would say just do swimming for a while and after you hop on HGH gymmax. Make your diet as primal as you can take enough protein, calcium, d3, magnesium glycinate, b12, omega 3. then in a year you'll be probaly 6' atleast and MLTN or at least HLTN. just remember consistency is the key and dont listen to hate. the doses arent actually exactly what you should take but yeah your stack will kind of look somewhat like this so just research and hop ASAP
