I got a mold of my palate but I have no idea how to make the mouth appliance. The guide on YouTube was deleted and there's no information how to make it. What do i do now.

Just ask a dentist, thats what I did and he made the appliance.
Just never did the actual face pulling, because Im too retarded to make the pull device...
