Need help choosing best infraorbital implant

Ok so I found a surgeon that's going to help me fix my shit eye area in Mexico. I'm on a tight budget because I'm Getting upper and lower bleph, canthopexy, jaw angle implants, fat grafting, and infraorbital implants. My main concern isn't looking perfect I just need to make sure I don't look uncanny otherwise my whole fam is gonna dunk on me. I need advice on what you guys think is best design from what I've got available. Surgery will be in 3 months. Will post before and afters.

Here's the designs I can choose from,

This is a company called Matrix Surgical. They work with Dr. Yaremchuk. Implants are made with a material called omnipore. More expensive and harder to reverse. I was thinking of getting extended orbital rims as that seems to cover everything but I'm worried I might look like a dufus.

Then we have cheaper implantech implants which are made with silicone.

If you want something done right, it’s best to spend the extra money so you don’t need a revision. I’d advice you to get custom implants designed properly. You’re going to be disappointed with off the shelf.
