Hi, I’m currently trying to ship an order from India through MyUS UK → PostUK → Germany/EU.
MyUS is asking me to provide the seller/merchant information and upload a merchant invoice for the package.
The seller is Newlife Medicare, but I’m having trouble determining exactly which company/address I should enter, since I’ve seen different information online and I’m not sure whether they have a UK entity or only an Indian company.
What exactly should I provide to MyUS as the seller information, and what should the merchant invoice contain? Should I simply upload the original invoice/order confirmation from the seller, including their actual legal name and address?
I’d appreciate advice from anyone who has successfully used MyUS and PostUK for a similar shipment. I want to make sure the declaration and documentation are accurate and accepted.
