Need help closing clients?

My opening is "Hey, are you accepting new clients?"

although i know i should start with a compliment or something they did, its almost impossible to find their achievements or something new in their life to compliment them about, its usually just their clients teeth results posted ( orthodontists )

Im confused.
I feel like I can answer this for you and help you prioritise certian mannerisms/behaviours for a higher chance of closing the clients.
Ultimately, everything, not just this is a game of percentages.

But anyways, I would have to know some backstory and for you to explain this slightly more in depth.
Like what do you work for, what do you want to achieve with the clients (them to recommend you in the future/ them to pay more money themselves... tell me your priorities)

And who do you say "Hey, are you accepting new clients?" to?
