Originally was going to try and consult for marpe/mse but was told by my orthodontist that I was more suited for upper jaw surgery, my only issue is that I think they would want to do a LeFort II rather than I and the increased invasiveness turns me off to the idea.
He said that my anteriorposterior and transverse recession was 5-6mm relative to my lower jaw, here are my 3d ceph renders see what you think:
Also got my airway analyzed and from what ive been able to gather the most constricted area is still within the mean, I'm scheduling a sleep study to be sure though as I have noticeable fatigue waking up.
