bit taller than 5’9 rn and i don’t know what the fuck i can do to get taller, my dad was an absurdly late bloomer (10+ inches past 16) but he’s 5’11 and my moms 5’6, would this stack be alright for me? i just wanna get taller but also look better facially and get a better physique and im not all that knowledgeable, need help
