Eyebrows too highset and forehead ridge/orbital edge is too high, you have good fat pads but this stops the hunter look combined with light nct. Look into surgeries for this.

Yeah, some people get too worked up over minor things, his main issues are nose, mouth, lower third and skin quality.

i can get rhino and jaw fillers for the nose and jaw, what can i do about the mouth?
