Need Help Fixing Shitty Skin

There are many things i have to work on especially weight loss but skin is one of those things i want to fix as soon as i can i have a oily nose with some black heads on it sometimes oily forehead but ive noticed near my cheekbones and cheeks and my nasolabial folds have been getting super dry i ruined my face using shitty skin care products before too i have oily nose dry normal combination with really sensitive skin and hyper pigmentation scarring and dullness ive used epi lynx cleanser before with neutrogena hydrogel as well as toleraine cleanser hydragting with a new korean product ive seem to like the new moisturizer and its good for my skin but cleanser is shit too drying and makes it more dull and red i want to know what i can do to fix these certain spots on my face here are some pictures let me know if u need to know anything else also i got wrinkles on my nasolabial folds from skin care products that were bad and i have folds because im currently super overweight
