Need help fixing skin quality

Guys I need help fixing my skin quality. Thst pimple on my nose won’t go away and when it does it always goes back but besides that always nothing else is truly visible wihtjout focusin on it but I want I achieve skin without dark spots and other acne scars. Ive tried ghkcu and it didn’t work and I won’t do accutane. I was wondering if anyone recommends a way to get rid of this fat mos le pimple I’ve just been using pimple patches all day and also how to get rid of the dark spots and acne scars. Thank you
