Need help for my eyebrows

Long story but i accidentally burnt the part few years ago and they grew in different directions after.

Few weeks ago I plucked all of weird ones and thought when they grow back I can brush them with the pen of an eyebrow serum but it doesn't work.

Do y'all have tips for me to make them grow outwards?
