Need help for non existent zygomatic bone

I basically look like a darker version of sylvester Stallone. I have been told that by people on this site and people irl. IMO the number one biggest flaw me and him share is non existent upper maxilla/zygomatic/cheekbone area. Are implants a viable way to fix this or do I have to resort to giga intrusive surgeries.

good luck with implants and end up looking uncanny, its about how you look overall not ideal cheekbone projection or jaw
