Need Help for reconstitution of Peptides/HGH etc

When i put the bac water inside the vial the syringe always pulls in and spills the water rapidly inside.
I then tried to put air first like a video said but it flung the powder to the top of the vial

So my questions are does the peptides get rendered useless when you insert the water to quickly and it makes some bubbles(or gets flung inside the vial)?
What should i do to prevent the syringe from pulling the plunger to quickly?
Do have anything links to videos on how to do it or instructions(how much bac water to use).The video i used to see got deleted or something.
The vials are 5mg

Aim the needle at the glass corner and let it run down and not directly into the vial. Also u can hold the syringe and control it to slowly let the water out
