Need help from someone whos tapped into orthodontics

I have an issue with my teeth as in one side is more "caved in" in the pre molar area which in turn has led to a slight asymmetry in the mandibles aswell as small but noticable crowding. Is it worth going for anything to fix it like braces, even though they might stunt CCW growth?
