Need help from surgerymaxxingcels GTFIH

I am pretty sure that my only failos worth fixing are:

narrow jaw (forward growth and chin are ok, gonial angle just slightly high but big ramus)

narrow mouth (i am doing orthodontics but I would want my smile to be wider and less gummy)

if i get a wider jaw I might need wider zygos too so my ratios aren't fucked, also I have droopy lower lids so I wouldn't mind having this fixed too.

let me know if any high IQ surgerymaxcels can help me out, 1 or 2 people have recommended bimax already but i dont think it is necessary.

u can always be wrong. surgeries involve a lot of complex biological aspects that u arent aware of
