Need help getting rid of my post inflammatory erythema.

I’ve had post inflammatory erythema for about 2 years now and everything I do just doesn’t seem to work. Actually feel like I should just burn my skin off and hope the new layers under it are clear.

Am routine:
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying gel cleanser
Vit C serum
Vani cream moisturiser
Beauty of Joseon Spf

Pm routine:
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying gel cleanser
Tretinoin 0.05% (only 2-3 times a week)
Vani cream moisturiser

Past few days just stopped using everything and just washing face with luke warm water and only using spf in morning (thought maybe it may cause less irritation and help skin repair itself). But I just want to get rid of this shit. Pisses me off especially cause I just started mt2 and face gets flushed after injecting, low-key look like a red mess with weird under skin blotches

Get rid of your entire routine outside of your cleanser, moisturiser, sunscreen and retinoid.

Would oxymetazoline not just be a temporary fix though? Let’s say I used it and then stopped for a week or two, wouldn’t the pie just return?
