Only side delt training I do is 5 sets of lateral raises to failure which has only increased my bidelt by 2cm in over a year of training

What else should I do?

Im sure youve never even heard of Located growth ect…
Other ancillaries that could help speed up your growth
And training Feequency proximity to failure for Cns Exercise selection Progressive Overload
Diet for anabolism

But i guess its just water for you so im not gonna respond

Still thinking about next cycle and weighing whether I should go with sarms again or straight to ROIDs.

But first I would like to perfect my training

3 sets (in the 5-25 rep range) all sets should be take to or close to failure

Behind the neck press will get your shoulders huge if you have sufficient mobility to do them, trust me on this. Do it on the smith machine for higher reps (8-12.)

Seated dumbbell shoulder press with your elbows flared at 90 degrees. Do both heavy and light sets of this.

You’re already spamming lateral raises which is good. Keep doing that, use both dumbbells and cables.

Try different rear delt isolations and see which one you connect with best. Reverse pec deck, facepulls, bent over dumbbell fly, cable fly. Do all of these and see what gives you the best pump. Rear delts are tricky to get a good mind muscle connection with, but you need rear delts for truly big shoulders.

On any side or rear delt isolation it’s very important that you hit your sets with intensity. Never ever stop the set just because you can’t do another full rep, keep going until you can’t move your arm any longer.
