Yo so basically my dad and my granddad had (noticable) white hairs since they were like 20 years old and I am 18 right now and I see that I have some white hairs but they are not noticeable yet only if you look really close but they are gonna be noticable very soon. Is there any way to delay the genetics or dying my hair is gonna be my only answer? Btw I checked and I don't have any vitamin deficiency or stress so me starting to have white hairs is pure on my dad and granddad genetics 100%

Agonism of MC1R could potentially cause hair to gain/maintain pigment. Not sure, just theorising.
Dye is your best bet for the time being.
