Yea I’ve heard of traptox though it’s like 800$+ so idk if that’s worth it. Maybe if it doesn’t work and they’re still large after a year I’ll get it done but I just need to get rid of muscle and gain fat.

Is it ur traps ur tryna shrink? I dont think fat would fix it. In most cases fat is bad.

Yea overall muscle in upper body, I’m pretty lean rn and my chest, shoulders, traps etc are pretty muscular I need to softer more smooth build
