Days 1-2, 20mcg (half tab) once/day. Days 3-4, 40mcg (1 tab) once or split. Days 5-6, 60mcg (1.5 tabs) split. Days 7-8, 80mcg (2 tabs) split. Days 9-14, 80-100-120mcg max (2-3 tabs) split if you handle it, most cap at 80-100mcg
