Need help on deciding genio vs bimax or both

i need to do some type of surgery on my jaw, can't decide if genio would be enough. I fear that my jaw is too downward grown and that genio would make my face look long. My bite is good cuz i had braces when i was younger. following morphs are chin only. any advice appreciated thx

Alr thx, I hope i don't have to go through ortho again. But will have to consult with maxfac anways. Do you guys know if online consultation without xrays is worth it? Somehow it's a pain to get xrays where i live

Most likely you are a DJS candidate. Go consult surgeon. If you had camouflage orthodontics it means that you originally had a bite maloclussion which means that you also have a skeletal maloclussion. When you were given camouflage orthodontics they fixed the bite but not the skeletal.
