Need help on DNP

I’ve been using 400mgs of Dnp for around a week and the last 2 days I got a cold. I suddenly get extremely cold and then I suddenly get hot out of nowhere. I also have a fever but idk if it’s cuz of the Dnp or something else. I get extremely hot at night even tho I have the fan on and the ac at 61 degrees. Should I lower the dose or stop for a few days?

Lower it and stop entirely if the effects don’t stop

Yes reta is safer but it’s not as fast as dnp

Just what dnp does

Imo just do reta, or atleastswitch to bam15 if you really feel the need to remove that viceral fat, not really for pharmacological reasons but its just sounds like hell to feel that extreme sweat or lethargy when reta can do the same just slightly slower but youll feel a lot better, get on some test as well to not lose muscle and do a hard deficit if you want it gone fast
