(I'm just a grey sub5 so take whatever I say with a grain of salt), but imo you'll do much better with a hairstyle that suits you, right now your hair is nerfing you slightly.
no idea what'll suit you but you should experiment a bit

look pretty decent mate just make sure to do your best to maximize puberty and maybe try a different hairstyle
