I do not eat well because of my appetite, and when i force myself to eat i throw up, so i've bought biotech hyper mass gainer, which is low on sugar, i am feeling hella bloated after being back on it 3 days ago, so should it stop it, i've also ordered creatine, zinc and magnesium

u only use mass gainer when u dont reach the goals for the day dont use it when it isnt needed

Yeah thats the goal but i don't hit my nutrition goals so mass gainer was effective i've gained weight after years of flatlining but my face is heelllaaaaa bloated
