Hello guys i dont want to say my name online but you can see it in profile i have a question and it is that i stand at 185cm with 90kgs and i go 6 months in the gym currently i made massive progress on chest back and forearms thats my proudest stuff on the midtier i would put legs and front delts with mid delts but sadly i see no big progress at biceps triceps the last 2 months i dot bicep dumbell curls tricep hammer curls tricep extensions overhead extensions and for rear delts that might be the worst muscle i have is the machine i would like more exercise recommendations i dont feel anything on the overhead tri extensions and rear delt machine please help im desperate
