Ima start a routine but i js really need to know which one should be done first, should i do hiit + drink (Milk, raw eggs honey) and wim hof breathing for stem cells, before belt pulling/bone smashing or after. Before i get slandered, js to clarify, im testing out wimhof cuz ive never heard anything about it but it makes sense how it can help grow bones, belt pullling does work i did that shit for like a week daily and saw progress (If ur planning on doing it, i dont see this on other posts ab it but you should hold ur ocipital lobe while doing it), and i only do light bone smashing using the mini knuckles on fingers
