Need help on surgery for maximising looks

I can get a double jaw surgery (maxilla advancement + mandibular setback) with a mandibular ccw rotation for free ( insurance). Should i get this or wait and pay for a maybe better surgery as they may only make minimal changes if i get the one covered by insurance and i may not be happy with my results. I also might be able to get a palate expander before my insurance covered surgery too.

Just the same but without the mandibular setback, as i would get my maxilla moved forward more and jus keep my mandible where it is, still getting the ccw rotation.

Look at my other threads my side profile is on there its fucking awful. And tbh idek what mm yet but I know they wont do much if its covered by insurance as they only care about the functional side of things. My bad

well figure out the surgery plan, what they actually plan on doing.

But if your side profile is really that fucked, a cucked functional focused surgery will ascend you regardless.

Okay, yeah i would say the upper jaw is fucked and my gonial angle too. I will show you.

ok im going to be honest, i couldnt find the photo originally, i thought you were genuinely deformed from how you were describing it.
U dont have a good side but its not as bad as you think.

I'd go with someone who is aesthetic focused, and then some midface implants.

Yeah I was thinking of getting implants after the surgery if I went the insurance way anyway tbh. Implants wouldnt be as expensive as an aesthetic surgery would be right ?

no they wouldn't, and you can get it done in the same operation. Your maxilla seems to be a flat transversally, i'd get paranasal implants so it contours it better.
