I’m about to start saving up money for my eyes but I gotta know and ask about what would help with upper eyelid exposure and what method would be the safest way.

You don't want blepharopasty for upper eyes, you want fat transfer or fillers. An upper bleph will expose the upper eyelids even more.

Go for fillers, it’s not invasive, low risk, and cheap. Also not permanent in case you regret doing it. Downside: you have to do it every 6months/1 year.
Fat grafting takes at least 2 surgeries, and recovery can take up to a year.

Blepharoplasty is not really meant for upper eyelid exposure from what I’ve seen. But there’s this guy who had great result :
However he didn’t have much eyelid exposure IMO.
