Need help on what to improve

Need help ive been using these products and i dont see any improvements on my acne and acne marks , i recently bought the sunscreen and i think i havent researched enough and bought the wrong product ive recently started exercising and had gotten a few more acne and also my acne marks havent faded even though i had them for so long.
I need tips or something to help me improve my stuff

my skincare routine has been primarily
AM
vitamin c serum
azelaic cream 20%
moisturizer
spf

PM
niacinamide
azelaic again ( ive recently started using azelaic on am and pm since ive read online u can use it both time )
then moisturizer

is there any product i should remove and any product i should get?
I recently bought tret so it might be delivered this week

please tell em what to do or what not to do to not make it worse, thanks

Tretanoin
