I did some research and iterated on my stack.
Original:
Modafinil: 150 mg (5 days on, 2 days off for tolerance)
L-Theanine: 200 mg 3x daily (600 mg total)
Alpha-GPC: 300 mg 2x daily (600 mg total)
Caffeine: 1 strong coffee in the morning
NA Semax Amidate: 2 sprays daily (~600 mcg)
NA Selank Amidate: 2 sprays daily (~600 mcg)
Lion’s Mane: 1,000 mg daily
The issue I ran into is that peptide nootropics need to be refrigerated. A nasal spray bottle would be hard to hide in the fridge. If they were found, explaining to my parents why I'm spraying a blue compound into my nose and snorting it would be very awkward. I won't bother with injecting them as intranasal is superior due to higher bioavailability.
New Stack (Primarily On Study Days)
Core idea is to use this stack on long study days that I will plan for. My goal is mainly to start learning and mastering college level math and physics (I'm currently 15yo). I'm already ahead of my class in these subjects (I do well in pretty much every subject except English as I find it too boring to pay attention, I either sleep in class or talk to friends). Baseline on lighter days will just be Caffeine, L-Theanine, Alpha GPC, Lions Mane and maybe Bromantane.
Armodafinil/Modafinil: 100-150mg: (Armo preferred as I heard its smoother and less jitters. Primary function will be wakefulness and executive function via increasing extracellular dopamine in the prefrontal cortex and activating hypothalamic orexin neurons.) Will be used max 4-5 days weekly due to how easily tolerance is built up.
TAK-653: 3-5mg: TAK-653 is an AMPA receptor positive allosteric modulator, it shows great pro-cognitive effects such as: Attention, cognitive flexibility, Vigilance, Adaptive Tracking, Visuomotor Coordination, Working memory without dissociative side effects.
ACD-856: 50mg: ACD-856 Trk Positive Allosteric Modulator, enhances BDNF/NGF Signalling which leads to increased neuroplasticity, neuroprotection, memory reinforcement and potentially anti-depressant-like effects.
Bromantane: 50-100mg: (Will titrate based on feel and take with a fatty meal for better absorption.) Bromantane is an actoprotector/stimulant with dopamine reuptake inhibition and anxiolytic properties (anxiety reducing effects). It improves motivation and fatigue resistance without a typical stimulant crash. This means it will have great synergy with armodafinil.
Caffeine: 50-100mg: Caffeine is an adenosine receptor antagonist, it essentially blocks your brain from forgetting how tired it is. Basic knowledge.
L-Theanine: 200mg every few hours, (600mg Total): Synergizes with caffeine and armodafinil, reduces jitters and increases focus.
Alpha GPC: 300mg 2x daily (600mg Total): Choline donor to support learning, memory and counteract depletion from stimulants like armodafinil.
Lions Mane: 500mg 3x daily (1500mg Total): NGF support for neurogenesis and neuroprotection. Obviously wont do anything in one day but shows decent long term effects.
Most of these will obviously be taken in the morning with a fatty meal, will probably use it more on weekends as I study the most then.
I wont cover lifestyle, diet etc, I did that in the original thread.
Any suggestions or concerns on interactions?
