Need help, recessed.

Im 16 years old had a late growth spurt around late 15 early 16, im currently 5,11 and still growing. What to do to fix my mandible and maxilla, non surgery or MARPE or a palate expander parents will NEVER approve of that.
Will provide a better picture if needed.

Get leaner, hop on a glp-1 it will help you appear to be less recessed from certain angles. You're avoiding the only solutions to your issue.

im 14, parents wont let me get surgery or orthodontic intervention either, im also recessed
im in the same situation as u
unfortunately, u cant acheive forward growth "naturally" (without surgery/ortho suppliances
recessions are geneitc anyways, only solution is to hardmax later on

do you think its very bad tho? as i said i might have time to achieve some type of forward growth cuz i only just now recently started puberty

you genuinley just started puberty at 16? that works in ur favor cus the jaw grows during puberty
get lean and maintain good habits and hopefully u will get some jaw growth

i started at like late 15 early 16, can u give some signs of puberty ill be able to better match them up

Do sports, be healthy and eat healthy. Sleep well. Unfortunately you can't do much about your genetics. If you still aren't satisfied with your looks you could get surgery when you are older.

its okay i don ttake it serious,i am somewhat atheltic im on my nationals for myt soccer team sleep well i just ercenrlty started slepeing 8-9 hours tryna max out my heigh potential .
