Need help sourcing corticost****ds (and nose regiment advice)

Recently started applying tretinoin and hydrocortisone to my nose in hopes it wont be as bulbous (ik cope). A couple people have recommended stronger corticosteroids for nasal tip thinning and reduction. Where is a reliable place to source stronger corticosteroids bc getting scripts for these things is annoying.

In addition what type of regiment would be best for this? (without speedrunning TSW) I am currently doing 1% hydrocortisone in the morning and 0.025% tretinoin at night every 2 days.

Should I up the frequency or up the strength, and when should I cycle off so I avoid TSW?
