Need help starving

I need to know how to "starvemaxx". Like how many calories should i eat in a day and how do I curb the hunger. Also how much cardio should I do in a day, like how many calories burned.

when i did cardio it was harder to stay on a calorie deficit because my body craved for food 10x more
as a 5'11 tiktok prettyboy twink my advice is calculate your basal calories and start tracking the calories of what you eat. stay on a 300-400 calories deficit and have the willpower to stick to it for months
 
oh and i also go gym 5 days a week

Easy... do extreme amounts of cardio (Jump rope, running etc.) and only eat fruits and vegetables

Do you think drinking sugar free drinks will make me want to eat sugary food more (my main problem)

Regardless of what those sugar-free drinks are, it's always just best to stick to water, which definitely won't risk increasing any craving for sugar, and more water rarely hurts. That being said, a Diet Coke, for example, at zero calories, is a better choice than any drink that has calories - or any food, for that matter. A lot of the time hunger can be mitigated by drinking something instead though, so overall just drinking more fluids will help mitigate your appetite.
