I need to know how to "starvemaxx". Like how many calories should i eat in a day and how do I curb the hunger. Also how much cardio should I do in a day, like how many calories burned.

Regardless of what those sugar-free drinks are, it's always just best to stick to water, which definitely won't risk increasing any craving for sugar, and more water rarely hurts. That being said, a Diet Coke, for example, at zero calories, is a better choice than any drink that has calories - or any food, for that matter. A lot of the time hunger can be mitigated by drinking something instead though, so overall just drinking more fluids will help mitigate your appetite.Do you think drinking sugar free drinks will make me want to eat sugary food more (my main problem)
