Need help, surgeons removed 13 teeth

When I was in the 7th grade I got braces, my baby teeth were not coming out so the doctors decided to rip 13 from my skull jfl, idk why my parents decided this was a good idea but whatever, anyways im 18 now and my face is fucked due to having braces during every step of puberty, anyway to fix some of the effects received?
