i’m 16 bouta be 17 surgeries are not in the picture yet.

used to weigh 240lbs got down to 180lbs i think lowering my bf% might help with some areas, getting back into looksmaxxing and im hearing all of these weird methods like thumb pulling or eye pulling ext; are they cope and what actually works what am i able to improve looking for genuine guidance
