I’ve looked through a lot of options but am having trouble trying to come up with a good plan. What would be the best hardmaxx procedures for me?

I think my philtrum and overall midface bonelessness are killing me, so I’m considering fixing those first

Surgery advice is Chad-only now :feelsrope:

Maybe a bleph or fat graft for ur undereyes I can’t really tell.
Both are expensive and won’t improve my appearance much tbh.

Why are you trying to hardmaxx you look fine
Only in good lighting, when it’s bad I look terrible and my lack of bones gets exposed

U could get gonial implants or filler cuz u have inverted gonions. Maybe zygo implants

Rhino’s a good option

Upper lip filler or lip lift? I need to improve my lip shape and decrease philtrum length

I’d much rather start with fillers tbh when it comes to the jaw. However, malar implants look promising

Firstly you're probably ltn.

Your case is a very delicate one. It involves light soft tissue harmonisation, and potential slight bone augmentation through implants, to create an overall better aesthetic. As such, you need to consult with a plastic surgeon with a good holistic aesthetic eye, rather than one that focusses on a specific area of the face. Someone like Dr. Rad, but of course he is super expensive.

Anything else and you are headed further into uncanny valley.

Look, that’s good advice and it’s appreciated, but this is how I picture an ltn:

And I’ve been complimented by sorority chicks too, a friend of mine in a conversation with some mentioned that they think I’m handsome when they were chatting. Now, I’m definitely not handsome by any means, but I wouldn’t be getting those remarks if I was ltn.

Bro, those are the cheapest hardmaxxes.
Sorry, I wasn’t clear with what I said. What I meant is those might not be the most bang-for-buck in my situation, although I’m honestly kinda rethinking it.

This was pretty much my list too before I saw this message.

@scrunchables you don't come across as very healthy either. It is due to your skin tone, sparse eyebrows, and subpar undereyes (I can see a blue vein peeking through).

The optimal looksmaxxing plan for you is a mix of softmaxxes and hardmaxxes.

Softmaxxes :
- makeup to fill in the eyebrows
- tretinoin to improve your skin texture
- Melanotan-2, astaxhantin, tinted sunscreen, reasonable sun exposure, etc. ... whatever improves your skin tone
- experimenting different hair styles would probably be a good idea
- grow some stubble instead of being clean shaven ; it will add some contrast to your face and may look healthier than the grey-tinted skin you show with a clean shave.

Hardmaxxes :
- rhinoplasty to restore symmetry and to reduce nostril exposure (is that a bunch of dark nose hair sticking out of your nostrils ? ... if so, gotta trim that shit)
- lip filler to increase upper lip's height. Yes, a lip lift could do that and reduce your philtrum's height too. Filler is simply cheaper and easier to control.
- fat grafting to the undereyes, and maybe to the supraorbital too.
- fillers to the gonions and the chin, to add angularity.

Morph :

I edited the morph because the nose was a bit too narrow on the first one.

Honestly, it's not drastically different from your current condition. You can get there pretty swiftly and on a budget. Fillers are affordable. Fat grafting is costly only if you live in certain affluent areas (California, Florida, NYC, etc.) ; you can get it for a couple of grands outside the US. Rhinoplasty will be the biggest expense. But I would say that improving your eyebrows, skin tone, and doing fillers, will have a cumulated benefit superior to the rhino on its own. So it's worth investing in the softmaxxes right now, even if you have to wait until you've graduated for a rhino.

The second guy in this photo is on the same looks level as you are. I agree though, you are very average looking and nothing more or nothing less imo.

Very good advice, would also recommend thickening neck and potentially facial hair. He looks quite feminine imo, so these two things could improve his dimorphism.
